Justin is known to bring an uncomplicated and pragmatic approach to simplifying complex people problems, providing clear advice and solutions. His experience includes senior HR leadership positions in the automotive, industrial, education, healthcare and franchising industries working for iconic Australian brands such as Holden and Wesfarmers.
Over the last 2 years, Justin has broadened his experience through a senior leadership operational role as a General Manager within the Physiotherapy division of an ASX listed allied healthcare company.
Justin also currently serves as a non-executive company director on the board of a not-for-profit company and chairs their Risk and Audit Committee.
